Coordinate with team members and manage site labourers effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.
Prepare and submit reports on project progress and site activities.Qualifications for the Site Supervisor Role:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or engineering sector.
Relevant certifications such as SSSTS, CSCS, IPAF, and PASMA are preferred.
