Responsibilities

for this Site Supervisor Role
  • Reporting into the Site Manager / Project Manager
  • Supervising daily site activities across water metering and minor civils works
  • Managing method statements and risk assessments
  • Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in line with compliance standards
  • Coordination of operatives, subcontractors and resources
  • Conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions
  • Ensuring quality of installation for new meters, pressure valves and bulk meters
  • Liaising with clients, engineers, and operational teams
  • Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting progress

  • Valid SSSTS (SMSTS also accepted)
  • Previous experience working with Tier 1 contractors, CLC environments, or water metering companies
