Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor with a Btech in Civil Engineering for a full-time position in Hyderabad. This opportunity is ideal for freshers with a maximum of 3 years of work experience. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining safety standards on site.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying design plans and blueprints (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding of construction site safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to manage project budgets effectively, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with project scheduling to ensure timely project completion and efficient use of resources.
• A solid understanding of blueprint reading to interpret project specifications and guide construction teams accordingly.
• Knowledge of MS Project for tracking and managing construction project timelines and progress.
• Capability in quality control management to maintain high construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Competence in surveying techniques to assess project sites and implement necessary adjustments to construction plans.
