Site Supervisor

SUMMARY The Site Supervisor plays a key leadership role in bringing high-end residential projects to life from demo to finish in Boston and surrounding communities.

This position blends hands-on carpentry expertise with strong jobsite leadership, planning, communication, and quality control.

Working closely with the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor ensures each project is executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Fresh Start’s high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

A valid Construction Supervisor’s License is required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS* Own the jobsite:

• Review and fully understand constructing plans and proactively identify issues before they impact schedule, safety, or quality.

Plan and coordinate:

• Partner with the Project Manager to build, maintain, and adjust [project schedules, including a rolling 3-week look-ahead.
