Site Supervisor (Civil & Structural)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate on-site activities of M&E sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out efficiently and according to plan.
• Directly supervise daily M&E site works with the ability to read, interpret, and execute construction and shop drawings accurately.
• Communicate work plans clearly to site teams and ensure project schedules and milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular site evaluations of M&E installations and report progress, issues, and potential risks to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure all site activities are properly recorded in daily reports.
• Check and verify that all installations comply with approved design drawings and specifications; identify and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) where applicable.
