Site Supervisor
Brida Cleaning Services Location: Cape Lambert Roster: 4 days on / 4 days off
Brida Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to lead our Cleaning and Cape Lambert Gardening & Maintenance (CLGM) teams at Cape Lambert.
This role is responsible for ensuring all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, in line with contract and site requirements.
About the Role
Reporting to the Brida Operations Manager, the Site Supervisor will:
Lead and support Team Leaders, Leading Hands, and site-based teams.
Coordinate daily cleaning runs and gardening & maintenance tasks.
Ensure contract compliance, quality control, and audit requirements are met.
Act as the first point of contact for Rio Tinto site management.
Oversee rosters, leave, attendance, and timesheets (Employment Hero).
