As a Site Supervisor, you manage daily construction site operations, overseeing workers and subcontractors to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule standards, acting as the key link between management and the crew by coordinating tasks, enforcing rules, inspecting work, managing resources, and reporting progress .
