Site Supervisor - Interior Design

Responsibilities

1. Understanding of Drawings and Materials

2. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams to address client's needs

3. Explain designs/ drawings to agencies/labors and site visits

4. Adopt the system and follow Standard Processes and Documentation

5. Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant

6. Doing everything on time

7. Manage Contractors, Labors, Material Suppliers, Client Communications, Multiple projects

8. Project Planning and Tracking

9. Site Quality Check

10. Handling customer query on site

Qualification and Skills

1. Graduate

2. Minimum 2+ Years of site supervision/ Management experience

3. Software/ Tools

Must: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

4. Strong Communication skills and a good listener

5. Proficiency in Project Planning and Tracking

6. Problem-Solving Capabilities

7. Materials Selection, Pricing and Application

Job Type: Full-time, on site

Time: flexible timing

Salary: As per industry standards.
