Site Supervisor (Ipoh)

Responsibilities

• Plan resources for all site works to supervise, co-ordinate and monitor to ensure all works carry out are according to program schedule and achieve required standard.
• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications.
• Consistent checking of drawings, specifications and highlight discrepancies.
• Record daily site activities including material deliveries and workforce by trades.
• Daily inspection of works carried out by subcontractors.
• Minimize and control wastages.
• Liaison with local authority, tendering, implement project, cost control, material control, quality control and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Building Construction or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce and promote a safe working environment. <...
