Responsibilities

• Monitoring workload and providing solutions to ensure targets are met and risks are mitigated.
• Manage the quality outputs of all workshop employees.
• Coordinate with Supervisor, Admin and Purchase team for material and other requirements.
• Ensuring all technical requirements are in line with the approved plan.
• Coordinate with project manager, Admin and Purchase team for manpower and material requirements.
• Ensuring proper implementation of detailed execution plan as approved by management for various completion and handover stages at site.
• Monitor each level of project execution in detail to meet the requirement of the pre-approved plan.
• Frequently coordinating with project manager, client and execution team for project completion stages, modifications, etc.
• Ensuring quality of work and material is as per the agreed contract.
