Site Supervisor

Quarry Supervisor to join the team at Mt Barker Quarry in WA’s Great Southern Region. Heidelberg Materials are currently recruiting for this role. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this full-time role will be multi‑faceted, responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.

• Supervising day‑to‑day quarry production and making operational decisions that drive site performance.
• Managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals.
• Bringing a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
