Site Supervisor

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor role is a pivotal position within HTY Construction. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day site operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Penor, Pahang (might relocation if the project is finished). Prefer if with Tiling work experience.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitoring site safety, quality, productivity and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks that could impact project timelines and budgets.
