Job Description
- Able to read drawings, specifications and understand Installation procedures.
- Good Communication with Client, Company employees and workers, oral and email communication preferred.
- Overall control of workers and Schedule implementation to meet target objectives with Quality & Safety.
- To strictly follow all Safety practices and ensure Compliance of all protocols for workers working at Site.
- Allocate daily tasks to workers, helpers, and skilled workmen based on workfront availability.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Enforce the use of PPE and ensure adherence to job safety measures.
- Supervise installation, alignment, and erection.
- Ensure correct usage of lifting equipment, tools, and instruments.
- Coordinate with QC engineers for inspections, measurements.
- Attend to punch list clearance, repairs, or touch-ups after inspection.
