Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce HSE protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform quality checks on incoming materials and workmanship; raise and track NCRs until closure.
- Monitor construction progress against program; update site daily reports and escalate delays or risks.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs and method statements to guide on-site execution.
