Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria/site, ensuring efficient execution of services, maintaining hygiene standards, managing vendor staff, and delivering a superior customer experience to corporate clients and users.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cafeteria/site operations and ensure smooth functioning as per GoKhana’s SOPs.
Act as the single point of contact between GoKhana, client administration, and food vendors.
Monitor food preparation, service timelines, portion control, and presentation.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed at all times.
