We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join La Vida Homes' South Australian Construction team. Reporting to the SA Construction Manager, this role is responsible for the end‑to‑end supervision of multiple residential construction sites. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a volume‑building environment, enjoys being involved day‑to‑day and takes pride in running safe, organised and high‑quality sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day onsite operations across multiple residential builds
• Maintain safe, clean and compliant sites in line with WHS and OH&S legislation
• Schedule, coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors
• Coordinate materials and deliveries to site
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct quality inspections and manage defect rectification
• Liaise directly with clients throughout the build process
• Call up orders via Truth Engine (iPad based)
• Provide regular progress updates to Administration for progress claims
• Upload progress photos to the client portal
• Review and sign off subcontractor invoices
• Ensure all works comply with the Building Code of Australia and La Vida Homes' safety standards

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
• Maintain a safe working environment onsite, ensuring clean sites are maintained and OH&S legislation requirements are always met
• Scheduling and managing trades and sub-contractors on site
• Coordination of supplies and materials to be delivered
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget
• Liaising with clients
• Quality checking on jobs
• Updating Admin team with progress so progress claims can be invoiced to clients
• Uploading progress photos to our client portal
• Sign off subcontractor invoices
