Your duties will include:

  • Lead and Support your team of Bush Regenerators and environmental experts
  • Conduct weed control using manual, chemical, and biological methods
  • Identify and remove invasive plant species
  • Assist in revegetation projects by planting native species
  • Maintain and monitor the health of regenerating bushland
  • Conduct flora and fauna surveys to assess biodiversity
  • Restore and protect sensitive ecosystems such as wetlands and coastal areas
  • Identify and report site improvement opportunities or concerns.
  • Ensure WHS procedures are followed by all team members.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Help train and mentor junior team members.
  • Plan daily schedules and manage team workflows to ensure safe, efficient task completion.
  • Complete site paperwork: pre-starts, daily reports, Take 5s, and SWMS.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and uphold a professional image.
  • To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Current Drivers licence
  • National Police Check or be willing to obtain
  • Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
  • Experience in bush regeneration or a related field is required to lead
  • Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or Bachelors (Highly Desirable)
