Your duties will include:
Lead and Support your team of Bush Regenerators and environmental expertsConduct weed control using manual, chemical, and biological methodsIdentify and remove invasive plant speciesAssist in revegetation projects by planting native speciesMaintain and monitor the health of regenerating bushlandConduct flora and fauna surveys to assess biodiversityRestore and protect sensitive ecosystems such as wetlands and coastal areasIdentify and report site improvement opportunities or concerns.Ensure WHS procedures are followed by all team members.Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.Help train and mentor junior team members.Plan daily schedules and manage team workflows to ensure safe, efficient task completion.Complete site paperwork: pre-starts, daily reports, Take 5s, and SWMS.Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and uphold a professional image.To be successful in this role, you must have:
A Current Drivers licenceNational Police Check or be willing to obtainWorking with Children Check, or willing to obtain.Experience in bush regeneration or a related field is required to leadCertificate III in Conservation and Land Management or Bachelors (Highly Desirable)What We Offer:
