Job Description
Monitor site progress against schedule; report delays, plan corrective actions.
Coordinate site inspections, joint inspections, and handovers.
Check materials delivered to site: compliance, condition, fit for purpose.
Enforce all safety policies, safe working procedures, and PPE usage.
Liaise with clients, consultants, sub‑contractors, and internal teams (design, procurement, safety, quality) to ensure alignment.
Identify defects, arrange remedial works, ensure completion before handover.
Assist in procurement / ordering of site materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain site records: drawings revisions, variation orders, non-conformance reports, test results.
Requirements and Qualifications
Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent fields.
Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in construction site.
