The Role

This is not your standard Site Supervisor position. We are seeking a highly experienced, exceptionally organised construction professional to oversee a one-off, large custom luxury home build based in the Western Suburbs of Perth.

Initially, this particular project will run for approximately two years, and we require someone with proven experience managing high-end, complex residential builds. If you do not meet the criteria below, this role will not be the right fit.

As the Site Supervisor / Project Manager, you will work closely with our subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team to ensure smooth operations, efficient scheduling, and flawless delivery. Strong communication, structured time management, and meticulous organisation are essential.

What We’re Looking For

• A trade background (MUST)
• Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Existing relationships with trades experienced in large high-end residential work (MUST)
• Exceptional organization, planning, and material scheduling abilities
• A passion for delivering premium quality with pride and enthusiasm
• Ability to manage pressure, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain timelines on large-scale projects
• Ability to check, schedule, quantify materials
