Summary of Position: The Site Supervisor is responsible for overall supervision of Outreach Workers and Violence Interrupters.

  • Site Supervisor assigns daily canvasing schedules and monitors database input.

  • Position would plan the schedules for activities for the Outreach Workers.

  • Review and hold meetings to go over the current shootings and interventions that can be put into place, connect with communities to get the needed support, do outreach in the community to build strong relationships with the youth, businesses, and community groups, attend OEMII weekly supervision meetings, be an advocate for the youth in court, increase the staff visibility when shootings or killings are taking place by developing a network of outreach workers to coordinate and inclusive and immediate response, investigate the causes of these shootings to assist in mediating situation...
