- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure smooth site operations.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules and deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety requirements.
- Supervise slope, drainage, and earthwork activities according to engineering drawings.
- Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Site Engineer or Project Team.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and proper housekeeping at the worksite.
- Prepare daily site reports and assist in recording material usage.
