 Your main tasks will be in:

  • Ensuring Inventory under control.
  • Ensuring 100% Inventory accuracy.
  • Ensuring FIFO.
  • Ensuring 5S implementation at Stores and related areas.
  • Ensuring Job Work Supplier reconciliation every month.
  • Monthly Reconciliation & Sign-off Customer supplied parts.
  • Ensuring Zero COGI & Line stoppages due to SCM
  • Ensuring Gate entry Vs. GRN accuracy 100%
  • Ensuring Zero obsolescence cost due to storage & shelf life monitoring
  • Ensuring ZERO NC - in Internal & External audits.
  • Ensuring Scrap disposal as per SOP & Scrap reconciliation.
  • Ensuring safe and clean work environment to SCM team.
  • Leading - Cost reduction & kaizen - CI initiatives
