Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Coordination: Manage field survey parties, delegate tasks, and coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines.
  • Field Surveys: Lead building surveys, setting out building grid lines, boundary surveys, and leveling for construction projects.
  • Data & Technical Analysis: Utilize GPS, GIS, total stations, and CAD software to create, maintain, and analyze survey drawings and maps.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify accuracy of measurements, calculations, and survey data to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all surveying equipment is calibrated and maintained in working order.
