Job Title: Site Team Leader
Location: Birmingham (North, Small Heath, Sheldon, Sparkbrook, Warmley, Edgbaston)
Hours: 36.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, typically starting between 6am–7am
Pay: £17.80/hour (Basic)
About the Role
We’re urgently seeking a hands-on, reliable Site Team Leader to oversee cleaning operations across a range of public service sites including day centres, libraries, community centres, and refuge depots. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 34 staff, plus coordinating an additional 20–30 cleaners as new sites come online.
This is a field-based role requiring early starts and lone working across multiple Birmingham patches. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting staff, and stepping in to cover cleaning duties when needed.
