As a Site Manager, you will:
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute site-level strategy
- Drive continuous improvement across key site metrics (quality, productivity, staffing, -training, attrition, and cost)
- Oversee workforce forecasting and planning to meet current and future client demand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality and service objectives
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred) with extensive relevant experience
- Have strong progressive management experience, ideally within a large call centre environment
- Communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Understand financial planning, forecasting, and budget management
- Are experienced in driving large-scale projects and business initiatives
- Full-time permanent contract with a rotative schedule, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
- On-site role with a great office location in Olivenza
