Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Excavation Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for earthwork, site development, and underground utility projects. The estimator will analyze project plans and specifications, assess site conditions, and develop detailed estimates for excavation, grading, trenching, utilities, and related civil work. This role is critical in securing profitable projects and supporting successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Review civil drawings, geotechnical reports, and project specifications Perform detailed quantity take-offs for: Mass excavation and grading Trenching and backfill Utilities (storm, sanitary, water) Roadwork, pads, and site preparation Analyze soil conditions, site access, haul routes, and disposal requirements Estimate costs for labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and subcontractors Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Develop bid proposals and particip...
