Relevant Exp 7+ years in SiteMinder technology and worked on various protocols like SAML, OIDC, MFA, AZURE
Strong understanding of architecture topology with respect to SiteMinder Policy servers, Access Gate way, Session Stores.
Must have worked on Policy server version R12.8
Understand and capture business requirements and articulate the best solution based on the requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot the onboarding issues. Should be independent and able to debug from monitoring tools like Splunk, AppD or server related logs.
Strong knowledge on resolving Infrastructure vulnerabilities. Able to partner with Primeon team and go through the ethical/Primeon reports and apply the fix to remediate the issues.
Knowledge on certificate management. Drive and understand the various network components like firewall rules and DNS setups.
Good understanding of change management and ITIL process.
Good understanding and able differentiate the B2B or B2C.
Document the best practices to mitigate the known issues
