I have an existing SketchUp 3D model (exterior only) of a single-family home (4 bedrooms).
I need an experienced 3D modeler to:
Add full interior modeling based on provided architectural floor plans
Modify the existing SketchUp model to ensure everything aligns correctly
Keep the model clean and well-organized (layers/tags, groups, components)
Apply simple material swatches (no detailed texture maps required)
Export the final model to Blender
Optimize and reduce file size to a sensible, manageable level for Blender use

I will provide:
Existing SketchUp model (exterior complete)
Detailed floor plans
Important:
I do NOT need detailed photorealistic textures
Simple material assignments (clean swatches) are preferred
Geometry should be optimized (no unnecessary high-poly modeling)
Model should import cleanly into Blender
Deliverables:
Updated SketchUp file
