Skilled Installer

Job Summary & Duties

The Installer assists with loading materials, setting up tools and equipment safely, and following the lead installer's directions on the job site.
Key responsibilities include:

• Construction: Measuring, cutting, and shaping structures or forms from wood, composites, or other materials.

• Assembly: Using various hand and power tools (saws, drills, routers, etc.) to securely build assigned projects, joining materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesive.

• Scaffolding: Erecting and dismantling scaffolding as needed.

• Quality & Safety: Checking work accuracy with tools like levels and framing squares, maintaining tools, and following all company safety policies.

Requirements

Successful candidates must be in good physical condition with high endurance, as the role involves long periods of standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling in various weather conditions.
