**Responsibilities**
+ Perform manual labor tasks consistently, including lifting up to 50lbs on certain days.
+ Work on heights and use tools drill into metal.
+ Assemble metal components and use standard tools.
+ Follow instructions from the foreman and collaborate with other tradespeople.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to complete repetitive manual labor.
+ Experience in moving, rigging, or construction.
+ Previous work experience outdoors in AB during winter.
+ Industrial experience is mandatory.
+ Possession of a Fall Arrest Ticket.
