The role involves tasks such as shoveling, installing pipe, grading, placing precast barrels, working with excavator operators for spotting, backfilling, and compacting. **Responsibilities**
+ Shovel and prepare work sites.
+ Install pipes and ensure proper grading.
+ Place precast barrels and work alongside excavator operators for spotting.
+ Perform backfilling and compacting tasks.
+ Build forms for sidewalks and curbs as necessary.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of experience in civil construction.
+ Comfortable with shoveling throughout the day.
+ Ability to lift and handle 50lbs consistently.
+ Safety conscious with great communication skills.
