Essel is seeking skilled laborers to contribute to a variety of construction projects. Ideal candidates must possess a solid understanding of construction principles and show a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with installation and assembly of structures, materials, and equipment.
+ Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment.
+ Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
+ Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
+ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the job site.
+ Participate in site clean-up and maintenance tasks as required to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Contribute to the success of the project by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Requirements
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled labor position within the construction industry.
+ Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
+ Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ Valid driver’s license is preferred.
