About the role

Hadar Homes is seeking a skilled and reliable Labourer to join our team in the Yarrawonga/Mulwala region. You’ll play a key role supporting residential construction projects and helping deliver high-quality homes to our clients. This is a full-time opportunity to work on varied local builds that we are extremely proud of within a supportive team environment.

Hadar Homes has been building homes to love across the Yarrawonga region for over 30 years, and we’re now looking for the right person who takes pride in their work to join our team.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting tradespeople with a variety of tasks on our construction sites
• Carrying out general labouring duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Preparing and cleaning work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself and your colleagues
• Collaborating with the wider construction team to contribute to the successful completion of projects

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction role is an advantage.
• Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• A keen interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn new skills
• A commitment to working safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
