We are recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious doorset solution specialist company located near Downham Market due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ Skilled Production Operatives within their manufacturing facilities.

Hours will be 1.30pm – 11pm Monday to Friday
AM shift may also be available 5am – 2pm
Competitive salary offered – starting from £13.50 per hour.
Reporting directly to the Leading Hand
Purpose of the role
As a Production Operative within our door manufacturing facilities, you will play a key role in producing high-quality doors to exacting standards. Working as part of a collaborative production team, you’ll contribute to daily output targets, uphold our commitment to safety and quality, and actively engage in daily tier meetings to support continuous improvement and team communication.
