The Skilled Technician (Painter) is responsible for performing painting tasks throughout the hotel property. This includes applying paint, varnish, stains, and finishes to a wide variety of surfaces, including walls, furniture, doors, and other hotel fixtures. The role ensures that the hotel’s aesthetic standards are upheld and that the property’s interior and exterior surfaces remain in pristine condition, providing a visually appealing environment for guests.
