The company is seeking a seasoned Program Delivery Lead to spearhead their Skills Development Programs across the Middle East.

  • Oversee program delivery and operational execution across multiple teams within the Customer Success organisation.
  • Collaborate with governments, universities, industry leaders, and global teams to deliver impactful upskilling initiatives supporting national workforce goals.




  • Create and implement strategic plans for program delivery ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

  • Maintain open communication channels between stakeholders facilitating seamless collaboration.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews evaluating team members' skills development needs.
