Job Description
The NHS Scotland Academy Skills and Simulation Centre (opened May 2024) delivers immersive, mixedfidelity training for health and social care professionals across Scotland. We are looking for a motivated and technically minded Skills, Simulation and Training Technician to support the daytoday running of our stateoftheart Centre.
About The Role
You will help set up, operate, and maintain simulation equipment—including highfidelity manikins, AV systems and SMOTS—ensuring smooth delivery of skills and simulation sessions. You'll work closely with educators and fellow technicians, support digital content production, manage stock and equipment, and contribute to a safe, organised simulation and training environment.
