Position Posting: Project SEARCH Skills Trainer
Term ASAP – June 26, 2026, with potential for renewal. Project SEARCH is an exciting work focused program for students labeled with a developmental disability. Our Project SEARCH program is embedded in HSC Winnipeg, where our students complete a classroom component while completing three internships. SCE LifeWorks - an NPO that supports people with developmental disabilities to work in the community - is the organization that coordinates Project SEARCH in Winnipeg (and is the hiring organization). Skills Trainers work in a variety of work environments within HSC Winnipeg; duties include provision of work experience training & task analysis support to students. We are looking for a candidate who is:
