Skin Trainer

Skin Trainer:

· Develop training sessions as per specified content & schedule for beauticians, pedicurists /manicurists regarding proper practices.

· Educating beauticians about proper skin care techniques for better results and client satisfaction.

· Conduct trials of shortlisted staff at salon & provide feedback basis our policies

· Provide staff leads/referrals to HR & ASM for prospective candidates at salon

· Conduct internal assessments at a set frequency as guided, identify for improving individual & salon performance, checking availability of tools & maintenance also.

· Utilise our software to analyse staff wise sales report & drive sales tracking each beautician / pedicurist on a weekly basis to build competency.

· Present to management summary of visits & beautician/ pedicurist performance in weekly meetings

· Check product stocks & availability, suggest order to be placed to ASM & check if usage is as per set quantities & train how to optimise.

· Be a role model & train on aspects of grooming, consultation, behaviour with clients,

code of conduct for staff.

· Adherence to safety guidelines & policies of salon & training Franchise partner /staff.

· Smooth distribution of incentives for the staff as per set policy.

· Provide Training, coaching & mentoring to staff. Also ensure no stone is unturned to recover a complaining client.

· Ensure retail / professional products movement is tracked & orders are placed timely.

· Coordinate trainings internal & external, new product brand introductions as per plan & ensure excellent execution.

· Visit salons to provide training to the relevant staff when new skin care treatment is launched & during events etc., conduct verbal & oral assessments.

Desirable competencies:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Communication skills
• Time management skills
• Intrinsic ability to assimilate and impart knowledge to the learners
• Certified trainer as skin specialist
• Course in skin products
• Course in structure, function and characteristics of skin types etc.
