Job Description

In this key role, the Skip Specialist is to skip/locate debtor and collateral. This position will work as the liaison between the clients (lien holder), and our in-house recovery team.

Duties:
  • The Skip Tracer is responsible for using database tools to locate and verify a consumer’s where abouts, and or location of their vehicle.
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls from Debtors, Clients, Agents, & Internal Staff.
  • Perform collection skip-tracing activities in accordance with FDCPA, state and local collection laws.
  • Follows up each lead and documents results on approved collection software programs and relays necessary findings to all appropriate parties.
  • Documents account specifics to ensure factual data is labeled to each specific account while matched 100% to recorded calls while adhering to each client’s specific guidelines.
