Job Description

  • assembling and disassembling equipment
  • operating all slicing equipment in the department
  • practicing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food safe products are being manufactured
  • calculating bin requirements for production
  • accurately weighing, filling, and folding products
  • labeling and ensuring accurate inventory of bulk product
  • documenting equipment inspections and reporting unsafe conditions or damage to product, equipment or facility
  • accurately completing all paperwork required by the position
  • assisting operators with daily production operations includingoperating all slicing equipmentlabeling product bins
  • providing timely and accurate communication to other support areas concerning production needs
  • other duties as assigned
