**Location:** Carrollton, TX
**Pay:** Starting at $22 per hour
**Schedule:** 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM or until work is completed
Overtime available
**Type:** Temp to Hire

We are hiring an experienced Slitter Machine Operator for a growing metal processing facility in Carrollton. This is a hands-on role responsible for setting up and operating slitting equipment to process metal coils to customer specifications.

**Job Responsibilities:**


+ Set up and operate slitter machine according to work orders
+ Load and secure metal coils onto uncoiler
+ Adjust blades and spacing to meet width requirements
+ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
+ Perform quality checks using measuring tools
+ Recoil finished material and prepare for packaging
+ Band, label, and stage finished coils for shipment
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area
+ Follow all safety and production procedures
