Job Description
Our client based in Elsham, Brigg is a well-established business that provides packaging solutions into the healthcare sector. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Slitting Machine Operator to join their team!
This is a permanent opportunity, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of 2 days, followed by 2 nights (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00), with average weekly contractual hours of 42 per week.
The basic annual salary for the role is £30,379 per annum, with the opportunity for overtime at enhanced rates. The company also offers a quarterly Gainshare scheme of up to 5% based on site targets and KPI's.
We are looking for an experienced Slitting Machine Operator, who is able to operate conversion machinery to produce finished slit reels and efficient manner which meets specifications.
