**Job Title: 2nd Shift Slitting Operator**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Machine Operator, responsible for operating the Winding/Unwinding machine to cut material to desired lengths. of customer order. The position is on the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with initial training on the 1st shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate the Winding/Unwinding machine to reroll finished product into desired lengths.
+ Load rolls, set measurements, and initiate the rolling process.
+ Inspect product for quality, ensuring no rips or defects.
+ Wrap the finished product and prepare it for shipping by placing it on a pallet.
+ Maintain organization of work orders and track all processes using paper documentation.
+ Utilize a forklift or electric pallet jack to manage rolls, especially heavier ones.
+ Perform quality checks to maintain high standards.
