Job Description
We are hiring three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support school-based and early intervention programs serving students across Carbon and Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. These roles focus on delivering comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population in both educational and early childhood environments. This is a longer-term opportunity offering consistency, collaborative teams, and alignment with the academic calendar.

Qualifications

Proof of active licensure is required at submission

Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification in Speech and Language (Educational Specialist / Instructional I), required

Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license, preferred

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), preferred

Experience in school-based or early intervention settings preferred

Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites
Compensation & Support

$5359/hour DOE (average ~$56/hour, with strong earning potential based on experience)

Full-time schedule at 35 hours per week

Assignment aligned to the school calendar through June 2026

Recruiter support throughout onboarding and placement

Ongoing communication and advocacy during the assignment
