Job Description
The primary objective of the SLP Expert, INTL is to provide physical security services, plan and execute Loss prevention initiatives and ensure asset protection in designated area of responsibility. SLP Manager would assist in mitigating product loss and maintain customer satisfaction in accordance with Global Security guidelines and policies.
The role is cross-functional and requires effective collaboration with stakeholders from business and corporate functions.
SLP Expert, INTL day to day activities involve planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and executing process and procedures laid down by the organization and respective function. Identify Areas of shrink at the FC, Sort center and Delivery station level including delivery partners. Identify the potential theft area and work closely with the concerned stake holders to mitigate the causes of Theft.
