Job Description :


1.Sales Training and Development:

•Developing and delivering sales training programs based on identified performance gaps.

•Coaching and mentoring representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.

•Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments


2.Sales Force Coaching and Feedback:

•Providing On the Job training and regular feedback to representatives

•Ensure in clinic effectiveness

•Identifying individual strengths and development areas for targeted coaching.


3. Sales Process Improvement:

•Evaluating current sales processes and identifying areas for optimization.

•Designing and implementing new sales methodologies, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
