Our company is a national 3rd party service company providing warranty and out of warranty services for manufacturers of small appliances such as espresso makers, toaster ovens, and other countertop kitchen appliances.
As a Service Line Tech, you will be responsible for the support of our servicing program and will work with our trained technicians by proficiently replacing parts in small home appliances such as espresso makers according to the diagnosis of a technician.
Over time you will develop your own diagnosis and repair skills and have the opportunity to move into a full technician role.
Throughout the first few months, your work will be supervised by other technicians to ensure quality of work and safety for all team members.
