Pilson Powersports is growing! As we expand into Scag mowers and small engine repair, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Small Engine Technician to join our Service Department. What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, repair, and service small engines, including Scag mowers and related equipment.

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.

- Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and engine performance issues.

- Complete service work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

- Uphold Pilson’s commitment to exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Small Engine Technician or in a similar mechanical role.

- Knowledge of 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines.

- Experience with mower repair (Scag experience is a strong plus).

- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.

- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive pay based on experience and ranging between $45,000 and $60,000 depending on skills.
