Small Group Intervention Teaching Assistant – Secondary School

Location: Liverpool
Contract:  Part-time
Start Date: ASAP

Milk Education is working closely with a welcoming secondary school in Liverpool to recruit a Small Group Intervention Teaching Assistant . This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils who require additional academic or emotional support outside of mainstream classroom teaching.

The Role:

  • Deliver targeted small group interventions in core subjects (English, Maths, or Behaviour Support)

  • Support students with SEND, SEMH or learning gaps

  • Help improve pupil engagement, confidence and attainment

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO and pastoral teams
